Crista had her very first

real-deal

test today at school.

It was a spelling test and she aced it!

I was so nervous for her

but I was so happy to see that little slip of paper from her teacher this afternoon.

Just too bad the teacher wasn't as attentive in her spelling

as Crista was in hers...

she totally misspelled her name :-)

Here's the list of her first ever spelling words.

Mind you, this is the first week of first grade.

I thought the words were difficult for my baby girl.

Crista taught me otherwise!
