FFF-Melt

So after the past 2 weeks, I'm more than ready for this theme...except nothing has melted yet! Where is spring already?? While I'm waiting for the big melt to occur, here's a little guessing game for you...

What does this picture...

and this picture have in common???

Give up? Well, each of those pictures were taken in Manual mode. Yeah, that's right, I said MANUAL baby!! I've been wanting to learn to take pictures out of auto mode for a while now so I just decided to jump right in and do it! I still have a long ways to go but I'm excited about the progress I've made so far!

Yesterday was frigid (hence, no melting) so we had Tink and Laylabug come over to play. Here are my favorites from the playdate...

The girls played so hard all morning and after a wonderful lunch at McDonald's and more playtime there, this is how we wound the day up. These girls are SO precious!!

Have a wonderful, and warm, weekend! To see more melty pictures stop by and see Sarah!

These pics are awesome. Beth told me all the nice things you say about Layla. Thank you so much. Layla talks about you and Crista alot. Thank you for caring about Layla and letting her come to play group. It makes me feel good when I leave her that such wonderful people are taking care of her. It is hard being a working mom.
