At the beginning of the year I asked Crista what she wanted to be
when she grew up.
She informed me she wanted to be
"an author and illustrator".
She's constantly writing her own books and she loves art
so it completely fit who Crista was.
Fast forward through Kindergarten...
and Crista was chosen by her teacher to receive the
Young Author's award
for her class!
She got her story and picture published in the school's Young Author Book!
We're just so proud of Crista!
Waiting patiently for her name to be announced.

and our whole family has been blessed by her this year!
