Adventure [ad-ven-chur]
An unexpected undertaking.
That just about sums up our friendship with
Bob, Sarah and Mags!
This fall,
the Adventure Buddies
have been very active.
Not only did we have lots of Halloween fun,
we've been busy with a parade...
and a field trip to Ft. Pulaski.
We're studying the Civil War this year
in our American History
and this fort goes right along with it.
The history is deep and rich
here in the South
and these field trips
make all of our history lessons come to life!

While we were on our much needed
North Georgia-fall break
getaway,
Bob, Sarah and Mags
were too.
Totally unplanned,
but we jumped on the opportunity
to hang out in Helen!
The town had a wonderful candy store
so we let the girls choose one goody to purchase.
The bigs decided to indulge in a HUGE gummy snake
and Addie Grace chose a HUGE sucker.
They were on a major sugar high that afternoon!

We've learned that homeschooling is
SO
much more fun
when you have someone to share your adventures with :-)
