Last year's book festival was so much fun
and we couldn't wait until this year's!
Last year was Addie Grace's year.
She got to meet the author of the Biscuit books
{which she loves}
and got a book signed too.
This year was Crista's year.
She got to meet the author of the Pinkalicious books,
Victoria Kann.
She was super nice and she signed a book for Crista.
Pinkalicious is also a musical now
and Victoria's daughters did a number for us.
Crista was mesmerized
and both girls have been singing the "Pinkalicious" song around the house.
and they have all types of activities for the kids
around the whole park.
The girls loved going from one station to the next
creating new things
and trying new things!
My friend Aimee joined us for the day.
We always love hanging out with her!

Wow you do live in a really neat town. I"m sure there must be things like this that go on actually in town town, but out here in the sticks, story time at the local library is about it.
Even though I get to see the girls often, I just LOVE catching up with them on the blog. They are both such blessings!!!!
You really do have access to some really fun family stuff! This looks like such a fun day :)
